Violations in business, a karaoke bar owner in Cam Giang was fined 46.5 million VND

Previously, during a local peak period of attacking, suppressing crime, and ensuring security and order in Cam Giang district, the Working Group of Cam Giang District Police discovered that Mr. LVT's karaoke service business establishment D.A. (in Tien village, Lai Cach town) was allowing customers to use karaoke services against regulations.

This facility operates without a business registration certificate; without a certificate of eligibility for security and order; without a management record, monitoring fire prevention, firefighting and rescue activities; without a karaoke operating license from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Cam Giang District Police have requested the establishment to stop operating karaoke services.

During the 3 weeks of implementing a localized peak campaign to attack, suppress crime, and ensure security and order in Cam Giang district (from April 15 to May 5), 5 karaoke establishments in the area were administratively fined with a total amount of 143 million VND.
