Violating 4 errors, the owner of Diamond karaoke bar in Cam Giang was fined 46.5 million VND

In a local peak period of attacking, suppressing crime, and ensuring security and order in Cam Giang district, Cam Giang district police organized an inspection and discovered that the Diamond karaoke service business of Mr. Le Nho Khoi, born in 1992, in Ghe urban area, Trang Ky village, Tan Truong commune, was operating illegally. This establishment violated 4 errors: No business registration certificate; no records of management and monitoring of fire prevention, fighting and rescue activities; no certificate of eligibility for security and order; no karaoke operating license from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The inspection team drew up a record of administrative violations and proposed that the competent authority impose an administrative fine of 46.5 million VND.

At about 9:50 p.m. on April 24, 2024, at the time of inspection by the Working Group of Cam Giang District Police on April 24, the facility was allowing guests to use karaoke services on the 2nd floor, including: Vip singing room 1 with 5 female guests and Vip singing room 2 with 10 guests (5 male, 5 female).
