Returning to Hai Duong to find a job but unsuccessful, a young man in Phu Tho makes firecrackers to sell.

At 11:20 a.m. on December 27, a working group from the Economic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police and Nhi Chau Ward Police (Hai Duong City) caught Dinh Nguyen Tuan Anh (born in 2001, in Viet Tri City, Phu Tho) red-handed transporting 2 carton boxes containing 102 firecrackers (weighing 11 kg) for sale.

Tuan Anh confessed that he went to Hai Duong City in October 2023 to look for work. Unable to find a job or earn an income, Tuan Anh began producing and selling firecrackers for profit.

On the morning of December 27, Tuan Anh bought firecracker shells, gunpowder and fuses for 300,000 VND from an unknown man under the Phu Luong overpass (Hai Duong city). Then, Tuan Anh brought the above materials to his rented room on Hoa Binh street, Nhi Chau ward (Hai Duong city) to produce firecrackers himself. By about 11:15 am the same day, Tuan Anh had made 102 firecrackers (weighing 11 kg). When Tuan Anh brought the above firecrackers to sell, he was discovered and arrested by the police.

During an emergency search of Tuan Anh's residence, the Economic Police Department seized 1 bag of firecrackers, 2 firecracker fuses, 1 bamboo chopstick and 1 plastic spoon, which were the tools Tuan Anh used to produce firecrackers.

The Economic Police Department continues to investigate and clarify the criminal acts of Tuan Anh and related subjects for handling according to regulations.
