The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just decided to allocate over 754 billion VND of local budget capital for 5 years (2021-2025) and 2024 to build 45 commune-level police headquarters and 27 schools.
Specifically, nearly 235.5 billion VND of the 5-year plan capital (2021-2025) and over 218.6 billion VND of the 2024 plan capital will be allocated to support and assign the district level to implement 45 commune police headquarters projects in 8 districts, towns and cities. Of which, Kinh Mon town has the most supported commune police headquarters, with 11 headquarters; Thanh Mien has 7 headquarters; Gia Loc and Tu Ky districts each have 6 headquarters...
Allocation of over 152 billion VND of 5-year plan capital (2021-2025) and nearly 148 billion VND of 2024 plan capital to support and assign the district level to implement 27 school projects. Kim Thanh district has the most supported schools with 6 schools.
This funding source is to complete the works under the Project "Investment in construction of commune-level police headquarters, phase 2021-2025" and the Project "Construction and supplementing missing classrooms at educational institutions, phase 2020-2025".
The Provincial People's Committee assigned localities to complete investment procedures and report to the District People's Council to include in the 5-year public investment plan for 2021-2025 and 2024. Allocate sufficient district-level budget capital and legally mobilized capital sources to promptly complete the project according to regulations.
