According to the latest report from the State Bank of Region 6, the social housing development credit package has been disbursed by a commercial bank for the first project in Hai Duong.
Specifically, the social housing development credit package of VND145,000 billion was submitted by BIDV Hai Duong and approved by the bank's headquarters to lend Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company VND200 billion to invest in a social housing project in the new urban area south of Hai Duong City (sub-area 2).
According to the latest data, BIDV Hai Duong has disbursed nearly 35 billion VND of this loan.
By the end of February 2025, the total outstanding credit balance of the banking sector in Hai Duong is estimated at VND 152,409 billion, an increase of 0.1% compared to the end of 2024; an increase of 0.5% compared to the end of January 2025.
Of which, outstanding loans for agriculture and rural areas reached VND 59,315 billion, accounting for 38.9% of total outstanding loans, up 1.3% compared to the end of 2024; up 0.4% compared to the end of January 2025. Outstanding loans for small and medium enterprises were VND 27,293 billion, up 1.8% compared to the end of January 2025. Outstanding loans for exports were VND 7,454 billion, up 0.8%. Outstanding loans for supporting industries were VND 9,060 billion, up 2%.
At the same time at the end of February 2025, the total mobilized capital of the entire banking sector in the province is estimated at VND 215,714 billion, an increase of 1.3% compared to the end of 2024, an increase of 0.6% compared to the end of January 2025.
