On the afternoon of November 14, at the 13th Session (special session), the People's Council of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong), term XX, resolved to invest in 3 projects to build classrooms.

Ninh Giang District People's Council has decided to invest 7.8 billion VND to build a 3-storey, 9-room classroom building for Hong Duc Primary School; invest 9.6 billion VND to build a 3-storey, 12-room classroom building for Kien Quoc Primary School and 9.6 billion VND to build a 3-storey, 12-room classroom building for Ninh Hai Primary School.
All 3 projects have provincial budget support of 650 million VND/classroom, the remaining amount is from the district budget and other legal support sources; implementation period is 2023-2024.
At this meeting, the district passed resolutions on adjusting the 5-year public investment plan, period 2021-2025, projects using district-level budget; supplementing the expected public investment plan for 2024, projects using district-level budget and deciding on the investment policy for the project of the police headquarters of 5 communes of Tan Quang, Tan Phong, Hung Long, Nghia An and Hong Phong.
