Tu Ky's land use fee collection has only reached 12.2% of the assigned estimate.

In the first 6 months of 2024, the total land use fee revenue of Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) reached 24.27 billion VND, only 4.7% of the district's estimate and 12.2% of the estimate assigned by the province.

In 2024, according to the plan, Tu Ky district will auction the land use rights of 12 residential areas, including 9 residential areas for re-auction and 3 residential areas for the first time, with an expected revenue of more than 200 billion VND. Up to now, the locality has only auctioned 2 residential areas but the number of land lots sold has not reached 100%.

The reason for the low land use fee collection in Tu Ky is that the real estate market is sluggish, affecting the auction results and revenue from auctions of residential land use rights. Some projects are auctioned but there are few auction participants. The site clearance work in some residential areas such as Dong Phong village, Binh Lang commune and Ha Hai village, Ha Ky commune has not been completed...

Due to low land use revenue, Tu Ky district cannot balance the budget to disburse public investment capital.
