Ton Duc Thang University pays the highest remuneration of 360 million VND for an international article

According to Ton Duc Thang University, the policies on research and publication of international articles have just been announced to aim at sustainable, substantive and international standard scientific and technological development.

This policy aims to attract domestic and foreign experts and scientists to work and build strong research groups at the school.

Specifically, the groups of high-quality personnel that are attracted include: professors, associate professors, and doctors in fields suitable for the school's training needs; experts and scientists with doctoral degrees or higher who are capable of scientific research; groups of personnel to carry out management work according to the school's job position project (appointment to leadership and professional management positions).

In addition to income and current regulations of the school, those who are attracted under this international research and publication policy also enjoy additional income, preferential policies, and allowances.

Prestigious professors, associate professors, experts and scientists are given priority consideration for office space and accommodation support at the school's official residence.

In addition to the income level according to the school's regulations, the additional attraction allowance is applied up to 30 million VND per month for professors, 20 million VND for associate professors and 10 million VND for doctors continuously for 24 months from the date of working at the school.

In addition, experts and scientists who are researchers and research assistants of the school are entitled to monthly academic title and degree allowances of 8 million VND (professor), 6 million VND (associate professor) and 3.5 million VND (doctor).

In addition, scientists who are lecturers and have registered for research also enjoy great incentives in addition to their monthly salary and remuneration for each international article. In particular, the remuneration paid for an international article can be up to 360 million VND.

According to the school's assessment, the school's scientific and technological activities are moving towards sustainable development. The school currently has two international scientific journals in English, published globally.

The Journal of Information and Telecommunication (JIT) is listed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) with an Impact Factor of 2.7 (Q2). The Journal of Advanced Engineering and Computation (JAEC) has recently been included in the list of journals with a maximum score of 1.0 by the Council of Mechanical Professors.

In addition to the above preferential policies, the school also provides allowances for scientists with high citation indexes of up to 10 million VND per month. The number of citations for scientific publications is only calculated on WoS.

There are 7 levels of citation allowance, the highest is 10 million VND/month if there are 8,000 or more citations, the lowest is 3 million VND/month if there are 500 - 699 citations.
