On the morning of November 24, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, the Red Cross Society, and the Department of Health jointly opened a first aid training course for 180 Red Cross volunteers in the community.
Red Cross volunteers are trained in first aid knowledge.
Red Cross volunteers and Red Cross officials at all levels in 12 districts, towns and cities in the province are equipped with knowledge of first aid. Thereby, building a force to prevent and respond promptly when disasters and traffic accidents occur, helping victims to access and receive first aid as quickly as possible, contributing to protecting human lives, reducing the risk of serious injury, moving towards a safe community, minimizing risks and injuries.
The training course takes place from November 24-29.
