On the afternoon of January 19, the Thanh Binh Ward Red Cross Society organized the "Charitable Tet" program for the Year of the Dragon 2024. This is the first ward-level unit in Hai Duong City to organize this meaningful activity.
At the program, 280 families in difficult circumstances were given lucky money of 500,000 VND in cash/case and a card to participate in the "0 VND Charity Market".
