In his closing speech at the conference, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the 18th Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee to receive and request delegates to continue to contribute comments on the draft outline of the political report and the review report of the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee. The Provincial Party Office and the Congress Document Editing Team will fully synthesize and report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Congress Document Subcommittee for completion.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang continued to emphasize the importance of the task of thoroughly grasping and implementing Directive 35 of the Politburo and the plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. He asked the delegates to continue to focus on implementing the tasks according to the Provincial Party Committee's plan, in which they should pay attention to proactively reviewing the planning, arrangement and assignment of key officials at agencies and localities to effectively implement the goals and conditions according to Directive 35 of the Politburo.

In the process of preparing for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, it is necessary to do a good job of protecting internal politics, grasping the situation of agencies and units to promptly handle any arising issues. Regarding the assessment of Resolution No. 30-NQ/TW dated November 23, 2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Red River Delta region to 2030, with a vision to 2045, delegates suggested a more thorough assessment of the context of the resolution's implementation; the results of investment in building Hai Duong's transport infrastructure to connect inter-regions and promote socio-economic development. Delegates proposed focusing on implementing solutions for investment in transport infrastructure, industrial parks, urban areas and rural areas; perfecting the province's mechanisms and policies to attract investment; paying attention to developing culture, sports and tourism in the coming time.
