Opening of the 21st Conference of the Executive Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, term XVII

Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

After the opening speech, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang informed the delegates of the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, from September 18 to 20, the Central Committee worked urgently to discuss and give opinions on many important contents.

The Provincial Party Secretary thoroughly grasped 10 contents belonging to 2 groups of strategic issues, including in-depth analysis of the draft political reports of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure); a report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; a draft report assessing 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy for 2021-2030; directions and tasks for economic development for 2026-2030; a report of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) on summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter; a draft summary of the personnel work of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) and directions for personnel work of the Party Central Committee (14th tenure)... along with a number of other important contents.

Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang emphasized that after 3 days of working with a spirit of urgency and seriousness, even outside of office hours, the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee has completed the proposed program content. The Party Central Committee members and comrades attending the conference demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, promoted democracy and intelligence, discussed frankly, and contributed many important opinions to the conference content. The Politburo met and discussed to receive the discussion opinions of the Party Central Committee on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress and explained necessary issues. The Party Central Committee basically approved the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, the reports; and unanimously passed the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Central Committee.

Along with the quick announcement of the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang linked the relevant contents to the reality in Hai Duong.
