Urgent construction to complete the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site before Lunar New Year

Inspecting the Investment Project to build the Dong Viet bridge approach road connecting to National Highway 37; the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section from National Highway 37 to Con Son Pagoda) and the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested units and localities to urgently speed up the progress, complete the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section from National Highway 37 to Con Son Pagoda) and put it into use before the Lunar New Year 2025 and the spring festival to serve the travel needs of the people.

With the motto "do it well", the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to review and closely follow the progress of each item on the construction site, pay attention to investing in a suitable green tree and grass system, and synchronize architectural and landscape design.

Speed ​​up the progress of the Dong Viet Bridge Construction Investment Project connecting to National Highway 37, completing the remaining items by January 24 at the latest.

Regarding site clearance, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the entire city's political system to get involved, strengthen propaganda, and mobilize people to understand the importance of projects to create consensus. Develop appropriate, specific, and case-by-case propaganda content. During the site clearance process, it is necessary to ensure fairness, rights, and legitimate interests of households; listen to the opinions of households. For arising issues, it is necessary to carefully study the legal basis, remove and resolve them thoroughly.

At the inspection sites, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau presented gifts and encouraged officers, engineers and workers participating in the construction of the projects; requested the construction units to overcome difficulties, speed up progress and ensure the quality of the projects.

The Dong Viet Bridge Approach Road Construction Investment Project connecting to National Highway 37 has completed 95% of the volume. Currently, the contractor is implementing the construction of the longitudinal drainage system, traffic safety, sidewalks... The project is expected to be completed before January 24, 2025.

Although the Dong Viet bridge approach road on the Hai Duong side is almost completed, the Bac Giang approach road is still under construction, so it is not possible to go through Dong Viet bridge.

The Road Project to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (from National Highway 37 to Con Son Pagoda) has completed 89% of the work. Currently, the work of planting and caring for trees, cleaning sidewalks, road surfaces, etc. is being completed, expected to be completed before January 15, 2025 to serve the Con Son - Kiep Bac Spring Festival 2025.

The project to invest in building the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection) has completed about 10% of the volume. Due to many obstacles and obstacles in the site, the construction is very difficult, and the whole chain cannot be constructed simultaneously.

It is expected that from now until Lunar New Year 2025, the contractor will complete the installation of the main median block system. The section connecting Dong Viet access road will continue to be constructed with drainage, roadbed and retaining wall.
