Land accumulation models with a scale of 1 hectare or more are concentrated in the communes of Ngu Hung, Lam Son, Thanh Tung, and Ngo Quyen. Of these, the land accumulation model of Mr. Tran Xuan Ai's household in Tieu Lam village, Ngu Hung commune is the largest, covering more than 54 hectares.

Large-scale land accumulation models are converted to concentrated rice production, fish farming or growing high-value vegetables such as carrots, lotus, melons, etc. These models yield profits of 50 - 100 million VND/ha/year, 2 - 3 times higher than fragmented production.
