In addition to some households with land, most households borrow or rent for production. Of which, Pham Tran commune has 17 models, Gia Loc town has 13 models, Toan Thang has 9 models... On this area, people choose to grow vegetables, rice, chili, grass to raise buffalo, fish, cows...
In some models, total revenue reaches 335-415 million/ha, 3-4 times higher than normal production.
To encourage farmers to accumulate land, Gia Loc district continues to promote the province's support mechanism of 5 million VND/ha/year for areas of 5 ha or more, with support period in the first 2 years.
