According to SpaceX, the satellites were launched into orbit by a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. Immediately after launch, the first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket separated and landed on the Of Course I Still Love You floating ship in the Pacific Ocean.
According to the company, Starlink satellites will provide high-speed broadband Internet to locations where Internet access is expensive or completely unavailable. Previously, on May 31, SpaceX also launched 52 more Starlink satellites into orbit.
Starlink satellites are equipped with optical space lasers, helping to provide global Internet coverage and serve people in the most remote places on Earth.
