Early payment of training allowances for non-professional workers at the commune level

Resolution No. 26/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the titles, allowances, and support levels for non-professional workers and the fixed operating budget for socio-political organizations at the commune, village, and residential area levels in the province, effective from December 18, 2023.

According to the resolution, part-time workers at the commune level with a professional qualification of graduating from intermediate level or higher will be supported with an additional monthly allowance according to their training level as follows: Intermediate level is supported at 0.21, college is 0.35 and university is 0.69 of the basic salary.

While other subjects have enjoyed allowances and support according to Resolution No. 26/2023/NQ-HDND since the beginning of 2024, non-professional workers at the commune level with professional qualifications of graduating from intermediate level or higher in many localities in the province such as Hai Duong city, Kinh Mon town, Thanh Mien and Tu Ky districts... have not received support. The main reason is that localities are slow in reviewing, counting and preparing records of cases eligible for support.
