The world's only McLaren Speedtail Hermes supercar has just found a new owner living in Japan.
Renowned American car collector Manny Khoshbin has announced that he has sold his one-of-a-kind McLaren Speedtail Hermes supercar. He said the supercar was shipped to Tokyo, Japan.
According to some sources, the new owner of this car is Mr. Yusaku Maezawa, a passionate fashion collector and also a close friend of Mr. Elon Musk.
The car, number 24 out of 106 produced, is a sophisticated collaboration between the British sports car company and the famous French fashion house Hermès.
This supercar is distributed through McLaren Newport Beach dealership and joined Mr. Manny Khoshbin's collection in 2021. The car has a unique Hermès Abysse blue paint color, with the brand's monogram motif appearing in many locations.
Similar to the exterior, the interior of the McLaren Speedtail Hermes was also crafted by this fashion house according to the owner's request with 2 white/brown Vintage Tan tones.
The back of the seat features a badge that reads "McLaren Speedtail Habillé Par Hermès Paris 1/1", confirming that this is the only McLaren Speedtail crafted by Hermès Paris.
The McLaren Speedtail supercar is equipped with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine combined with parallel hybrid technology, producing a maximum capacity of 1,070 horsepower and maximum torque of 1,150 Nm.
The car has a 3-seat configuration with the driver's seat in the middle similar to the legendary McLaren F1. This supercar's acceleration from 0-100 km/h is 3 seconds, with a maximum speed of over 403 km/h.
Comes with the familiar gold-plated tool kit of Speedtail, and is supplemented with genuine fashion accessories from Hermès including handbags, gloves, key covers...
At the time of its launch in 2018, the McLaren Speedtail had a starting price of £2.1 million. However, the official price and transfer amount of this unique super product were not disclosed.
In addition to the McLaren Speedtail above, Mr. Manny Khoshbin also owns two other supercars personalized by Hermès, including the Pagani Huayra and Bugatti Chiron.
