Communist Magazine - Special Issue is a special publication of the Communist Magazine, with high scientific and political theory content; directly serving readers who are mid- and high-ranking officials, experts, strategic staff, elementary scientists, and theorists. The content of each issue of Communist Magazine - Special Issue discusses in depth a new and urgent political theory issue, especially to anticipate issues in the working program of the Party Central Committee, in order to contribute to providing scientific, theoretical-practical arguments for the Party Central Committee and provincial Party Committees to build, organize, and implement major policies and guidelines of the Party.

Along with the English, Chinese, Lao pages and providing articles for the solid.net Administration Board of international communist and workers' parties, the Editorial Board of the Communist Review decided to publish a "Spanish page" on the Communist Review Online. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world, especially in Latin American countries - countries that have good traditional friendship and solidarity with Vietnam. The majority of people in the Spanish-speaking region have special affection for Vietnam.

However, at present, in-depth theoretical foreign information in Spanish is still very limited. Therefore, the publication of the Spanish page of the Communist Review will directly bring progressive, scientific and revolutionary ideology; theory of socialism, the path to socialism in Vietnam; theory of the renovation policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam... to a large number of Spanish-speaking readers around the world, in order to increase the understanding and support of the world's people, political parties, organizations, politicians of countries and international friends for the revolutionary cause of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Along with the Spanish page, English, Chinese, Lao pages and the upcoming Russian and French pages, the Electronic Communist Magazine will become a complete and prestigious theoretical foreign information channel.

Speaking, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang expressed his joy and excitement about the results achieved by the Communist Electronic Magazine in recent times. In particular, the successful organization of research and publication of the Communist Magazine - Special Issue contributed to deepening the nature of the Communist Magazine as the political theory agency of the Party Central Committee.

The Spanish-language site was born, providing a timely foreign information channel on political theory issues for Spanish-speaking countries, especially in Latin America, where the left-wing movement is strongly developing. The people of this region always have pure and loyal feelings for the revolution and the Vietnamese people, and always have a need to share experiences.

Faced with the development requirements of the new era, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that the Electronic Communist Magazine should continue to adhere to the functions, tasks, principles, purposes, and missions of the Central Executive Committee's political theory agency. Grasp the nature of a political theory magazine, organize publications and columns at the right level and appropriateness, and continuously improve quality in all aspects.

In particular, he suggested that the Electronic Communist Review pay attention to maintaining the quality of publications, building a team of qualified experts capable of writing in-depth theoretical topics, and researching and organizing publications on electronic publications to create a broader effect for readers to study and refer to. Continue to improve the columns to be more attractive to readers; promote the publication to the right audience of readers who need to learn about in-depth theoretical issues.

For the Spanish page, it is necessary to absorb readers' feedback, improve the form of communication, and propaganda content to suit the characteristics of foreign information on political theory issues, as well as the psychology and culture of the propaganda target. There is a mechanism for close coordination between the Journal and theoretical research agencies such as the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Central Council of Theory, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, universities, research institutes... to build a team of experts and strategic collaborators to serve research and write in-depth theoretical topics.
