BIDV Hai Duong has just opened a priority transaction space for high-end customers (BIDV Premier). This is the first high-end transaction model among the Big 4 in the province.
The Priority Customer Department was established by BIDV Hai Duong from January 1, 2024, with the goal of building an ecosystem to increase satisfaction and long-term engagement with customers, especially high-end individual customers.
This is the first high-end private customer room model, a transaction space dedicated to this customer group, and also the first service model in the Big 4 group (including Agribank, BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank) in the province.
Residents are customers of this room and receive comprehensive care, specialized advice with benefits, amenities, lifestyle experiences, and superior privileges.
Although the number of high-end individual customers of BIDV Hai Duong is currently only nearly 4,330 customers, equivalent to 1.84% of the total number of individual customers of the entire branch, it has made a great contribution to the unit's retail activities.
Previously, the premium personal customer service model was deployed by BIDV Hai Duong from October 2021 according to international standards.
