On the morning of June 7, Hai Duong Province Literature and Arts Association launched the Young Literature and Arts Club.
The club has 31 members, of which the Executive Board consists of 7 members, chaired by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.
The Young Literature and Arts Club was launched to gather people who love writing literature.
