Quang Ninh auctions 114 land lots, starting from over 5 million VND/m2

Quang Ninh Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction for the right to use 59 land lots, assets of the People's Committee of Uong Bi City, on the afternoon of November 24.

Of the 59 auctioned land lots, there are 37 land lots in the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for residential land in area 9, Quang Trung ward; 3 land lots in the planning of the Housing Group in area 3, Quang Trung ward; 3 land lots in the planning of the residential and resettlement area west of Cau Sen intersection in Phuong Dong ward; 13 land lots in the planning of residential land in Den Cong 3 area, Trung Vuong ward and 3 land lots in the planning of mixed residential land east of Mieu Than 2 bridge in group 5, area 7, Vang Danh ward.

Plots range in area from 96.9-200m2. Starting price ranges from over 5.3 million to over 16.3 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 600 million VND to over 3 billion VND/plot.

The auction will take place at the hall of the People's Committee of Quang Trung Ward, Uong Bi City. The auction will be conducted by indirect voting; ascending price method.

In Dong Trieu town, On the afternoon of November 26, Quang Ninh Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction for the right to use 25 land lots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Dong Trieu town.

Of which, there are 16 plots of land in the residential area north of the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hung Dao ward in Me Xa 3 area, Hung Dao ward and 9 plots of land in the residential area in Doan Xa 2 area, Hong Phong ward.

Plots range in size from 100-158 m2. Starting price ranges from over 8.1 million to over 18.1 million VND/m2; equivalent to 814 million to over 2.4 billion VND/plot.

The auction will take place at the hall of the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward. The auction will be conducted by indirect voting; ascending price method.

Also in Dong Trieu town, 20 land lots owned by the People's Committee of Dong Trieu town will be auctioned for land use rights on the afternoon of December 3.

Among the auctioned lots, there are 10 lots in the residential area north of the Hung Dao Ward People's Committee headquarters in Me Xa 3 area, Hung Dao Ward and 10 lots in the residential area in Doan Xa 2 area, Hong Phong Ward.

Plots range in area from 90-492.3 m2. Starting price ranges from over 7.5 million to over 17.8 million VND/m2; equivalent to from 814 million VND to over 3.2 billion VND/plot.

The price announcement will take place at the hall of the People's Committee of Hong Phong Ward. The auction will be conducted by indirect voting for each plot of land; the bidding method is ascending.

In Quang Yen town, On the morning of December 6, Quang Ninh Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of the right to use 10 land lots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Quang Yen town.

Plots of land in the Thong Nhat 3 self-built residential planning area, Tan An ward. Plots of land area range from 99.5-130 m2. Starting unit price from over 15.6 million to over 17.6 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 1.7 billion to over 2.1 billion VND/plot.

The auction will take place at the Quang Yen Town Cultural House. Bidding will be by direct voting at the auction; ascending bid method.
