208 plots of land in Yen Mo district and 77 plots of land in Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province will be auctioned for land use rights in November. The highest starting price is 18 million VND/m2.
Tuan Linh Property Auction Joint Stock Company will organize an auction for the right to use 102 land lots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Yen Mo district, on the morning of November 24.
Accordingly, 102 auctioned land lots are located in the area behind Trung Lien Phuong hamlet market, Yen Nhan commune, Yen Mo district.
The plots range in size from 108 to 334.5 square metres. Starting prices range from VND6.5 to VND10 million per square metre. Bidders must deposit an amount equivalent to VND151.2 million to over VND434 million per plot. The deposit period is from November 21 to before 4pm on November 23.
The auction of each plot is by indirect voting, according to the ascending price method. The price announcement will take place at the hall of Yen Nhan Commune People's Committee.

The plots range in size from 84 to 468 square meters. Starting prices range from 3.5 to 18 million VND/square meter. Bidders must make a deposit of between 84 million and 1.2 billion VND/plot. The deposit period is from November 22 to 4 p.m. on November 24.

In Kim Son district, on the morning of November 27, Tuan Linh Property Auction Joint Stock Company will organize an auction of the right to use 77 land lots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Kim Son district.
77 auctioned lots are located in My Hoa hamlet, Kim My commune. The area of the lots ranges from 100 - 132 m2. Starting price is from 4.2 - 4.8 million VND/m2.
