Cau Giay Land Fund Development Center is about to auction 14 land lots, starting from nearly 159 million to 248 million VND per square meter.

According to the announcement of the auction organizer, these 14 plots of land include 2 plots of land in block D18 of Cau Giay New Urban Area, Dich Vong ward and 12 plots of land at 39 Tu Mo street; lane 87 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Trung Hoa ward.

Of these, two plots of land in the new urban area of ​​Cau Giay have the highest starting price. According to the land use planning map until 2030 of Cau Giay district, these two plots of land are located on Truong Cong Giai street, near the intersection with Thanh Thai and Cau Giay park.

One of them is the land plot marked B10, with an area of ​​153 m2, with a starting price of 37.9 billion VND, equivalent to 248.2 million VND per m2. This plot is allowed to be built with a maximum density of 60%, 5 floors and 1 basement.

The remaining plot, coded B19, with an area of ​​159 m2, is also permitted to be built similarly. However, the starting price of this plot is lower, from 29.5 billion VND, equivalent to 186 million VND per m2.

6 plots of land in lane 39 Tu Mo street, Trung Hoa ward, ranging from 44 m2 to 145 m2, with starting prices of 160.8 - 187.1 million VND per m2. The constructions on these plots of land can be built up to 4 floors.

The remaining 6 plots of land in lane 87, Nguyen Thi Dinh street, Trung Hoa ward, of which 4 plots are 58.7 m2 wide, starting price from 181.3 million VND per m2. A plot of 84.2 m2 is auctioned from 173.5 million VND per m2 and a plot of more than 117 m2 from 159.1 million VND per m2.

Legally, these 14 lots are all residential land with a long-term use period. Auction participants must deposit 20% of the total starting value of the land in advance. The auction will take place on the morning of November 22 at the Cau Giay District Cultural, Information and Tourism Center at 26 Nguyen Phong Sac Street.

In the first 7 months of the year, the city has only collected more than 700 billion VND from land auctions, equivalent to nearly 5.5% of the yearly plan. After nearly the third quarter of sluggishness, land auction activities in districts in Hanoi have recently become more active.

In early October, Dong Anh district successfully auctioned 33 plots of land in Le Phap village, Tien Duong commune, earning nearly VND260 billion, an increase of more than VND67 billion compared to the starting price. The previous month, the district also successfully auctioned 11 plots of land in Dong village, Tam Xa commune.

Late last month, Ha Dong district also successfully auctioned 20 plots of land in Van Phuc ward. The highest winning price was nearly 170 million VND per square meter, the lowest was 100 million VND per square meter. Some investors even transferred the land immediately after the auction with a difference of hundreds of millions of VND per plot.

After positive signs, districts in Hanoi continue to auction a series of land lots in the last two months of the year.
