278 plots of land in Nam Dinh City and Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh Province will be auctioned in November. The plot of land has the highest starting price of over 17 billion VND.
Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Center will auction 119 land lots, which are assets of Nam Dinh City People's Committee, on the morning of November 12.
Accordingly, the auctioned land lots are residential land, used for a long time. 119 land lots belong to the urban area of Nguyen Cong Tru street, Loc Vuong ward and Loc An commune, Nam Dinh city.
Plot area 87.1 - 472.8 m2. Starting price from 6.7 - 50 million VND/m2; equivalent to more than 646 million VND to over 17.1 billion VND/plot.
Auction participants must pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total starting price of each plot of land, between November 8 and 9.
The auction took place at Thong Nhat Hall - Nam Dinh City People's Committee.
In Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Center will also auction 88 land lots, which are assets of Nam Truc District People's Committee, on the afternoon of November 20.
The auctioned land lots are located in the concentrated residential area of Nam Thang commune, Nam Truc district.
Plots range in size from 92.5 to 259 square meters. Starting price from 6 to 9 million VND/square meter; equivalent to 665 million VND to over 2.1 billion VND/plot.
The auction took place at the hall of Nam Thang Commune People's Committee.
Also in Nam Truc district, on the morning of November 23, the above auction organization will also auction the right to use 71 land lots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Nam Truc district.
The auctioned land lots are residential land, located in the concentrated residential area of Dong Son commune, Nam Truc district.
Plots range in size from 95 – 198 m2. Starting price from 10 – 25 million VND/m2; equivalent to 950 million VND to over 4.6 billion VND/plot.
The auction took place at the hall of the People's Committee of Dong Son commune, Nam Truc district.
All 278 plots of land were auctioned by direct voting, one round for each plot at the auction, according to the ascending price method.
