The Air Defense - Air Force recently held an inauguration ceremony and handed over the "Great Unity" house to the family of Mr. Pham Van Anh in Hoa Nhue village, Tien Dong commune (Tu Ky).
Delegates at the inauguration ceremony presented the "Great Solidarity" house to Mr. Pham Van Anh's family.
Anh Anh is the son of Mr. Pham Dinh Nghi, a 2/4 class disabled veteran, who was exposed to Agent Orange/dioxin during the war against the US. Mr. Pham Van Anh and his children are both affected by Agent Orange/dioxin, have poor health, no stable jobs, and extremely difficult family circumstances. Mr. Anh's entire family is living in a level 4 house that was built a long time ago and is seriously degraded, but they cannot afford to build a new house.
The Air Defense - Air Force Service has allocated 80 million VND from the unit's "For the Poor" Fund to support the construction of a "Great Unity" house for Anh's family. The house, which is over 40 square meters wide, was started in February and has now been completed and handed over to the family.
