25 people tested positive for drugs in a nightclub in Bac Ninh

On December 19, Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department had just coordinated with professional units of the Provincial Police and Bac Ninh City Police to inspect the New Phonix nightclub on Phuc Son Street, Vu Ninh Ward, Bac Ninh City, and rapid testing detected 25 cases positive for drugs.

Accordingly, in the early morning of December 17, the functional forces of Bac Ninh Provincial Police inspected the New Phonix nightclub and caught Le Duy Tien, 23 years old, from Thanh Hoa province, and nightclub employee Vi Van Hao, 23 years old, from Bac Giang province, in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.

At the time of inspection, the nightclub had about 120 guests. Through rapid testing, 25 cases tested positive for drugs.

At the scene, the police seized nearly 1.1 grams of synthetic drugs; at the same time, in coordination with the provincial Market Management Department, they inspected and discovered 52 bottles of foreign wine of unknown origin and 24 N2O gas cylinders.

Currently, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department has decided to temporarily detain Le Duy Tien and Vi Van Hao for illegal drug trafficking, and continue to investigate to clarify and strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
