85 partygoers held a drinking party, many also used drugs in the H88-Club which was raided by Hai Duong police.
According to information from Hai Duong Provincial Police, this afternoon (May 2), the Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon Town Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and simultaneously execute a search warrant and temporarily detain Bui Thi Dung (37 years old, in Hiep Son Ward, Kinh Mon Town) for 4 months to investigate the crime of Organizing illegal use of drugs.
Accordingly, at 3:30 a.m. on April 30, Kinh Mon Town Police coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police to inspect H88 - Club, located in Thai Ha urban area, Hiep Son ward.

At the time of the inspection, the facility was open to serve 85 customers (23 women, 62 men). The authorities seized a number of items and tools commonly used for drug use. In addition, some subjects showed signs of suspected drug use.
Through inspection, the police determined that 25/85 people tested positive for drugs.

Through extensive investigation, by the afternoon of May 2, the Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon Town Police had issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and simultaneously execute a search warrant and temporarily detain Dung for 4 months. Dung was identified as the person who organized the remaining people to use drugs.
During the holidays, the subjects made an appointment and connected with the owner of H88 to enter the bar to play loud music, use alcohol and drugs. Previously, H88-Club was forced to stop operating due to violating fire prevention regulations.
The case is being further investigated and expanded by the Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon Town Police.
