Viet A Construction and Trading Consulting Joint Stock Company has been late in paying social insurance, compulsory unemployment insurance, and health insurance for employees.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban signed a decision to administratively fine Viet A Construction and Trading Consulting Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Dong Da district, Hanoi) more than VND96 million for late payment of social insurance (SI), unemployment insurance (UI), and VND8 million for late payment of health insurance (HI) for employees at the company's branch in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang).
The above company is also required to pay the full amount of social insurance and unemployment insurance to Cam Giang District Social Insurance; pay the interest on late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance until the end of November 2022 of more than 52 million VND.
Previously, on December 12, 2022, the provincial Social Insurance inspected and discovered that Viet A Construction and Trading Consulting Joint Stock Company was late in paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for employees with an amount of nearly 357 million VND (excluding interest); late in paying health insurance for 29 employees.
