Authorities and local people quickly extinguished the fire at Phat Tich mountain (Phat Tich commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province).
Accordingly, at around 8:00 p.m. on January 9, a large fire broke out at Phat Tich Mountain. Immediately after discovering the fire, local people quickly informed the authorities.
After a few minutes, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Emergency Response Police force arrived at the scene, coordinating with the authorities, Tien Du District Police, Phat Tich Commune and local people to deploy a plan to put out the fire and prevent it from spreading.
Due to dry weather combined with strong winds, the fire spread rapidly. However, with professional measures and support from the people, after nearly 1 hour of actively fighting the fire, the fire was completely extinguished.
Initial confirmation of the fire caused no human casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
