Dumping soil and construction waste in the vicinity of irrigation works in Doan Thuong commune (Gia Loc, Hai Duong) is a violation of the Law on Irrigation.
Recently, some people have arbitrarily dumped soil and construction waste onto the left bank of Dinh Dao canal, Cay village, Doan Thuong commune (Gia Loc). The soil was dumped on the field side.
The above action violates Article 8 of the Law on Water Resources. If not prevented and handled promptly, it will set a bad precedent for other households.
