On the afternoon of October 9, the authorities of Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City) confirmed that they had sent an invitation to Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh (34 years old, from Tra Vinh province, commonly known as Ngoc Trinh - famous photo model) regarding the "performance" videos with many dangerous and offensive movements that this person posted on her personal social media account.

Riding a motorbike like in the clip on Ngoc Trinh's Facebook account is against the law.

However, authorities said they have not been able to work with Ngoc Trinh yet, because she is injured after a motorbike accident in the High-Tech Park (Thu Duc City).

Previously, on October 8, a nearly one-minute video clip was circulated on social media, recording a woman riding a large-displacement motorbike but standing upright on the bike, with both arms down and outstretched...

There was a moment when this person put both legs to one side and knelt on the saddle, driving with one hand…, posing a potential risk of an accident.

According to research, this woman's name is Ngoc Trinh, her personal social media page shows the above video was posted on September 24. The video was then reposted by many other people on forums and groups.

On October 8, Mr. Nguyen Van Kien, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Thiem Ward (Thu Duc City), confirmed that the area where the woman was "performing" on her motorbike was a road in the ward.

Mr. Kien said he was aware of the incident and directed the ward's functional forces to coordinate with the Thu Duc City functional forces to verify and handle the matter.

According to Mr. Kien, this road section is located in the new urban area of ​​Thu Thiem, the road section is managed by the investor Dai Quang Minh Company and has not been handed over to the State.

The traffic police force - Thu Duc City Police and Ward Police also regularly patrol and remind people who ride wheelies, weave in and out of traffic... in this area, however, such situations still occur.

"The ward regularly asks Dai Quang Minh Company to send security forces to remind drivers who weave in and out of traffic, do wheelies, etc., causing traffic insecurity in the area," said Mr. Kien.

An officer from Thu Duc City Police said the road is located within the construction site, not a public transport route and is not connected to any other traffic routes.

However, the traffic police force regularly coordinates with the functional forces of Thu Thiem ward to patrol and remind those who drive erratically and do wheelies here.

Traffic police and Thu Thiem ward forces also regularly request Dai Quang Minh Company to strengthen management and patrols to remind people who gather and drive "causing traffic insecurity" in the area.

"The company should take measures to not allow unrelated people to enter this area, only workers and employees of the construction site are allowed to enter, then this area will be secure. Currently, the company also blocks it with concrete pillars, barriers... but does not assign anyone to guard it.

Therefore, people still try to find ways to get in. Whoever wants to get in, they can get in to fly kites, practice riding motorbikes, even bring their motorbikes in to drive at high speed, which can easily lead to accidents...", said an officer from Thu Duc City Police.

On the afternoon of October 8, this woman's personal social networking page also posted a video with the content "No more speculation... I really fell, ladies".

According to verification, the road section in the video shows this woman lying down while driving a motorbike in the High-Tech Park, also located in Thu Duc City, then falling.
