On the morning of July 8, the police of Ty Ky district (Hai Duong) announced that they had summoned Pham Van Tuan in Tien Tien commune (Hai Duong city) and 3 other people who posted and shared false information on social networks with the content "46 men in Tu Ky had sex with an HIV-infected woman".
At the police station, the subjects admitted their wrongdoings and removed all the false information. The authorities are preparing a case to strictly handle the subjects according to the law.

On July 7, on some forums of the social network Facebook, there were some posts such as: "Tu Ky district 46 families were destroyed because of sleeping with an HIV-positive woman", "46 Tu Ky brothers are gone"... Under each comment, there were many comments and shares affirming that this was information about 46 men in Tu Ky district who had sex with an HIV-positive woman and expressing a teasing attitude, criticizing these men.
The above information has caused a stir in public opinion and confusion among the people.
