A Russian man was arrested by police on suspicion of murdering his compatriot, wrapping the body in nylon and many layers of cloth, and dumping it in a remote location.

Three days ago, people in Thien Son village, Thien Nghiep commune, Phan Thiet city, went into the field and discovered the body of a foreign man with his legs tied, wrapped in nylon and many layers of cloth, with a series of wounds on his head, lying about 100 meters from the gravel road.
