Standing on Binh bridge fishing

Recently, many people have brazenly stood on Binh Bridge (connecting Nam Sach District and Chi Linh City, Hai Duong) and dropped fishing rods on Kinh Thay River.

These people stand close to the bridge in the lane for motorbikes and bicycles. Because there are people fishing, many people on bicycles and motorbikes have to go to the car lane, which is very dangerous. People who still go in the lane for motorbikes and slow vehicles are easily startled when the fisherman suddenly jerks his rod.
