Hai Duong strives to resolve backlog of "red book" issuance
The goal was to complete the measurement, issuance, re-issuance, and registration of changes in land use right certificates in the second quarter, but with high determination, by the end of the first quarter, Hai Duong had resolved about 90% of the backlog of records.
The progress of granting land use right certificates is very slow.
By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the whole province had only resolved 530 out of a total of 39,922 backlogged applications for first-time land use right certificates (red books), reaching 1.33%.
