On the morning of August 5, the leader of the People's Committee of Van To commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) confirmed that a man had just fallen into a ditch and died.
At 7:15 a.m. on August 5, people in La Giang village, Van To commune went to the field of La Giang village and discovered a dead man in a ditch.
The people reported to the local authorities and the police. After verification, the victim was Mr. Dang Van T. (66 years old, residing in La Giang village, Van To commune, Tu Ky district). The initial cause was suspected to be that Mr. T. went to the backyard of his house and unfortunately slipped and fell into the ditch.
Some of Mr. T's neighbors said that Mr. T. currently lives alone and has a history of stroke.
