The contact hotline number of Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has been intentionally edited and distorted by some individuals.
Recently, there have been cases of people in some provinces and cities mistakenly calling the hotline from the unofficial consulting website of the social insurance agency and being charged 8,000 VND/minute.
Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has conducted a review on its media. When searching for "Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance" on Google Map (https://www.google.com/maps) then the contact switchboard has been changed to 1900.996608. When calling the above switchboard number, the fee is also 8,000 VND/minute.
Subjects deliberately edit information of social insurance agencies on search and location pages to defraud people who need to contact to resolve work, consult on social insurance policies, health insurance, receive documents... wasting people's time and money, affecting the reputation of the social insurance industry.
Currently, the Vietnamese social insurance industry only has one hotline for customer care and consultation, 1900.9068, with a fee of 1,000 VND/minute.
Currently, Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance only provides official information on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies and consulting and support services for participants through the following channels:
