The underlying causes, developments and impacts of the Russia-Ukraine war were analyzed by Ambassador Nguyen Quang Khai at a conference organized by the Hai Duong Province Union of Friendship Organizations.
On the morning of February 27, the Hai Duong Province Union of Friendship Organizations held a symposium on the Russia-Ukraine war after 3 years of looking back.
Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, and leaders and members of member friendship associations.
At the conference, Ambassador Nguyen Quang Khai, former Director of the Department of West Asia - Africa, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and some Middle Eastern countries, gave a comprehensive analysis of the underlying causes of the Russia - Ukraine war, discussed the developments and impacts on regional and global security over the past 3 years.
The talk helps cadres and members better understand the current international situation, enhance understanding and cooperation in solving complex international issues for research, reference and work service.
Ambassador Nguyen Quang Khai has more than 37 years of experience in the diplomatic sector. He has worked in many Middle Eastern countries, accumulated extensive knowledge and understanding of the Middle East and Africa, and made outstanding contributions to strengthening the friendship and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Arab and African countries. In July 2012, he was promoted to the rank of Lifetime Ambassador to Vietnam by the State.
