Japanese luxury car brand Lexus introduces the 2025 RX for the US market, including a new Black Line Special Edition.
The special edition luxury high-chassis model is developed based on the RX 500h F Sport Performance.
The Black Line special edition stands out from other RX versions with a gray exterior with black accents and 21-inch black wheels. Another highlight is the contrasting orange brake calipers.
The RX Black Line interior features a signature black tone, contrasting gray stitching, and a standard 12.3-inch multi-information display. The special edition RX 2025 Black Edition is limited to just 500 units.
In addition to the special edition, Lexus adds the F Sport Design version, alongside the Standard, Premium, Premium+, Luxury, F Sport Handling and F Sport Performance versions.
The F Sport Design trim is only available on the RX 350 and 350h. It builds on the Premium trim and adds F Sport details, such as a front bumper, grille, and rear bumper, along with black 21-inch wheels.
Lexus offers the 2025 RX with a variety of powertrains. First, a 2.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 275 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque for the RX 350.
The RX 350h model is equipped with a 2.4 hybrid engine with a capacity of 246 horsepower and 316 Nm of torque. While the RX 500h F Sport Performance produces 366 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque.
Lexus offers the RX 450h+ plug-in hybrid, which includes a 2.5 gasoline engine combined with 3 electric motors and an 18.1 kWh battery pack. Total capacity is 304 horsepower, operating range with only electric motor is 56 km.
According to plan, Lexus RX 2025 will be sold in the US at the end of the year, price announced closer to the time.
