According to a survey by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, from February 15 (January 6), the day workers returned to work, to early March, very few workers and laborers changed jobs. The rate of workers returning to work right after Tet in Hai Duong reached more than 97%, 2% higher than the same period in 2023.

This year, many Hai Duong enterprises have seriously implemented policies and welfare regimes for workers, so many workers have returned to the factory to have stable jobs, enjoy seniority and diligence. Some enterprises have proactively arranged cars to pick up workers back to the enterprise, so workers rarely go to other provinces to work.

In 2024, Hai Duong enterprises are expected to need to recruit nearly 54,000 workers, an increase of 9,000 workers compared to last year, which will also limit the situation of workers jumping ship to work in other provinces and cities.
