On the evening of November 7, 2022, Nam Sach District Police received a report from Nam Chinh Commune Police that at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, a girl born in 2011 in Nam Chinh Commune was walking on the street when a man in his 40s on a motorbike stopped her on the grounds that she had picked up money. This man demanded to search her and then touched her genitals.
