In 2021, units in the emulation bloc have stepped up calls for socialization, coordinated gift giving, and supported hundreds of thousands of members on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, celebrating holidays and traditional days; celebrating longevity, free health check-ups for the elderly; supporting the poor, especially those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. Participated in well implementing the supervision work to ensure the rights of members. With the achieved results, the Provincial Elderly Association Representative Board was proposed to the Prime Minister to award the excellent emulation flag; proposed the Provincial People's Committee to award the emulation flag to the Provincial Lawyers Association, a certificate of merit to the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations...

The head of the emulation bloc in 2022 was transferred from the Provincial Elderly Association Representative Board (2021) to the Provincial Lawyers Association.
