Hai Duong Center for Employment Services - Vocational Education is implementing a plan to collect information from employers, union officials, administrative and human resources staff and employees in all types of enterprises at 100 enterprises in Hai Duong province in 2024.
The survey subjects are operating enterprises, established before January 1, 2023, with a scale of 10 employees or more, including state-owned enterprises, non-state enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).
The survey was conducted with employees who have signed labor contracts and participated in social insurance at the enterprise.
The results of the survey aim to collect information on the production, business, labor and salary situation in enterprises to serve management work, periodically announce the average salary level in the labor market for enterprises, employees, organizations and individuals to refer to as a basis for salary negotiations.
At the same time, collect information on the level of understanding of labor law of employers, employees, union officials, administrative and human resources staff in enterprises; information on labor recruitment needs of enterprises.
