More than 34,000 civil servants and public employees in Hai Duong will receive a salary increase from July 1.

From July 1, the basic salary will increase by 30%, the highest increase ever.

Hai Duong province currently has more than 34,000 Civil servants and public employees receive salary increases (excluding armed forces and vertical units). Of which, 911 civil servants and public employees at agencies and public service units of the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; more than 33,000 civil servants and public employees at provincial and district government agencies, public service units and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and the State.

The increase in basic salary is very meaningful and necessary at the present time; timely support for civil servants, public employees, and workers to work with peace of mind, in accordance with the aspirations of the people and the socio-economic situation of the country. The increase in salary also contributes to the overall economic development of the country, promoting economic development.
