More than 1,000 people participate in the "Pride of Vietnamese Products" Run

The “Pride in Vietnamese Products” race had more than 1,000 participants, including officials, civil servants, employees, and workers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; departments and branches of Hanoi; related units, social organizations, and industry associations; representatives of businesses, people who love running, etc.

The race is organized towards the community through highly connected sports activities (running movement) to call for, motivate and encourage the participation of state agencies, social organizations, businesses and consumers in related activities; promote and spread the spirit of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" to the people.

At the same time, promote the strength of solidarity, create an environment for people, social organizations, and businesses to have the opportunity to exchange and learn; build awareness of health training, positive lifestyle; contribute to improving health, physical, cultural, and spiritual.

Speaking at the launch of the "Proud of Vietnamese Products" Run, Mr. Bui Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Domestic Market Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade emphasized: The Run aims to demonstrate the strength of solidarity, create an environment for people, social organizations, and businesses to have the opportunity to exchange and learn; build awareness of health training, positive lifestyle; contribute to improving health, physical fitness, culture, and spirit.

The race helps raise awareness and spread the message of “Proud of Vietnamese products” to the community. Thereby, creating solidarity, pride in Vietnamese products, spreading in the community to join hands to develop and consume Vietnamese products.

On the sidelines of the “Proud of Vietnamese Products” Run, there are also experiences, animations, minigames with prizes to learn about Vietnamese products and brands; exchange activities to convey the message “Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products”.

According to the rules and regulations of the Tournament, the athletes will start and finish at the dual carriageway of Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The competition distance is 5km (3 laps around Hoan Kiem Lake). The first 6 athletes (3 men and 3 women) to finish will receive medals and prizes.

The "Pride in Vietnamese Products" race is part of a series of events in the Vietnamese Product Identification Program called "Pride in Vietnamese Products", "Quintessence of Vietnamese Products" in 2023.
