Previously, some agricultural product exporting enterprises in Binh Duong province said that their goods declarations were classified as green but could not be retrieved because they could not attach a list of containers, so there was no barcode to retrieve the goods.

Many businesses reported that the electronic customs system had problems since the evening of November 8.
