Comrade Vu Hong Anh was born on July 30, 1973, in Thai Binh province. Before being appointed as Commander of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, he was the Commander of Division 395.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province also resolved to dismiss comrade Nguyen Huy Thang, former Commander of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, from the position of member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026, due to retirement according to the regime.
