Hai Duong dismissed 5 directors of merged departments from the position of Provincial People's Committee members and elected 1 additional member.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council dismissed the former Provincial Inspector and 5 department directors from the position of Provincial People's Committee Member and elected 1 additional Provincial People's Committee Member.
