Hai Duong organizes candle lighting ceremony to pay tribute to heroic martyrs

Members of the Provincial Standing Committee: Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich; Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Vu Hong Hien; Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Duc Tuan; Director of the Provincial Police Department Bui Quang Binh; Commander of the Provincial Military Command Vu Hong Anh; Secretary of the Hai Duong City Party Committee Le Dinh Long and comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the ceremony.

Leaders of several departments, branches, Cam Giang district, along with many relatives of heroic martyrs, officials, members of the Veterans Association, the Former Youth Volunteers Association, youth union members of Cam Giang district and local people attended the ceremony.

With deep respect and infinite gratitude, the leaders, delegates and people respectfully bowed to commemorate the great President Ho Chi Minh, the revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed themselves for the Fatherland and the people; and expressed their infinite sorrow at the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the loyal, exemplary and talented communist soldier who devoted his whole life to serving the Fatherland and the people.

After performing the incense and flower offering ceremony, the leaders, delegates, people and youth union members burned incense at the stele recording the names of heroic martyrs and released flower lanterns to express their respect, gratitude and remembrance of the heroes and martyrs.
